Suit alterations in Dubai are professional tailoring adjustments made to improve the fit of a ready-to-wear or previously fitted suit. Dr. Alter offers expert suit alterations across 4 Dubai locations – Business Bay, The Greens, Festival City and Damac Hills – with standard turnaround of 1-2 business days and same-day service available on request.
Dubai is a city where professional appearance carries weight. Whether you work in DIFC, Business Bay or JLT, or attend formal events at hotels and venues across the city, how a suit fits is noticed. A jacket that pulls at the shoulders or trousers that bunch at the ankle undermine an otherwise sharp outfit.
A suit does not need to be bespoke to fit well. Most quality ready-to-wear suits – from brands sold at Dubai Mall, Festival City or online – can be adjusted to fit your body closely with the right alterations. The cost is a fraction of buying a new suit and the result, when done well, is indistinguishable from made-to-measure.
Dr. Alter is Dubai’s first ISO 9001:2015 certified tailoring and alteration service. Every suit that comes through any of our 4 locations is handled under a certified quality management system – tagged, tracked and adjusted to a consistent standard.
