On a mutually agreed date, our team visits your office. We consult with interested employees, collect their garments, carry out the alterations at our professional workshop, and deliver everything back — fitted, finished, and ready to wear.

We know that budget approval processes, vendor contracts, and invoice reconciliation take time. That's why we've removed all of it.
The process has five steps: (1) You submit a request via the Corporate Solutions page or by calling +971 50 861 6508. (2) Dr. Alter gets in touch to understand your company’s needs. (3) A visit date is agreed that suits your team. (4) The Dr. Alter team visits the office, consults with employees and collects garments. (5) Altered garments are delivered back to your workplace, fitted and ready to wear.
Every garment collected from a corporate visit is individually tagged with the employee’s name, contact details and specific alteration instructions. Nothing is mixed up, lost or returned to the wrong person. The tagging and tracking process is part of Dr. Alter’s ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
The corporate alteration service handles all garment types that employees bring to the office visit — suits, shirts, trousers, dresses, skirts, blouses, coats, jackets and zip repairs. Both men’s and women’s clothing are handled. The same alteration quality applies as at walk-in locations.

Timelines are agreed at the time of booking based on the volume of garments and the alterations required. Standard alterations on a corporate batch are typically returned within 2–3 business days of collection. For urgent needs, expedited timelines can be discussed when booking the visit.
