(3) A visit date is agreed that suits your team. (4) The Dr. Alter team visits the office, consults with employees and collects garments. (5) Altered garments are delivered back to your workplace, fitted and ready to wear.

Every garment collected from a corporate visit is individually tagged with the employee’s name, contact details and specific alteration instructions. Nothing is mixed up, lost or returned to the wrong person. The tagging and tracking process is part of Dr. Alter’s ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.

The corporate alteration service handles all garment types that employees bring to the office visit — suits, shirts, trousers, dresses, skirts, blouses, coats, jackets and zip repairs. Both men’s and women’s clothing are handled. The same alteration quality applies as at walk-in locations.
